Jared K. Clapper has a diverse general commercial litigation background, with a particular emphasis on liability insurance coverage litigation and counseling of insurance companies. He represents insurance companies across the country in complex disputes with corporate policyholders and other insurers involving the interpretation of a wide range of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, umbrella/excess, workers’ compensation, and commercial auto policies. Jared has also represented insurance companies, corporate clients, and individuals in first-party property, uninsured/underinsured motorist, fiduciary duty, wrongful death, and premises liability suits.
