Melisa Thompson is Special Counsel who practices in the area of insurance coverage, reinsurance, and commercial litigation. She focuses her practice on advising clients on various insurance coverage issues and representing insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes.
She received a J.D. from DePaul University’s College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif. She has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, where she graduated with high honors.
Melisa is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. |
