Practice Areas:
Jordon S. Steinway is an associate who concentrates his practice on the litigation of insurance coverage and general commercial disputes. Prior to joining Bates Carey Nicolaides LLP, Jordon practiced at a premier Chicago litigation firm where he handled the defense and trial of lawsuits regarding catastrophic injury, premises liability and product liability claims, as well as construction, business and mechanics lien disputes, in state and federal courts.
He received his J.D. in 2004 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Harold A. Siegan Scholarship and was awarded the CALI distinction for receiving the highest grade in Appellate Advocacy II. He received a B.A. in psychology, magna cum laude, in 2001 from Boston University.
Jordon is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is active in a number of professional and civic organizations, including the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations and The Associate Board of NorthShore University HealthSystem.
