Cody S. Moon is an associate who concentrates his practice in the areas of general commercial litigation, insurance coverage and products liability. He has first-chaired more than a dozen jury trials and has successfully briefed appeals before the Illinois Court of Appeals for the Fifth District and the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District.

He received a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2003 and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000.

Cody is admitted to the Illinois and Missouri Bars, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois and Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of the Illinois and Missouri Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, and Madison County and St. Clair County Bar Associations.

Cody recently argued and obtained the dismissal of one of the top ten companies on the Fortune 500 from a class action, products liability suit with potential exposure of more than $500 million. Alsup, et al. v. 3-Day Blinds, Inc., et al., (No. 05-L-191, Circuit Ct, Madison County, IL (2007)).
