Charles J. Madden III is an associate who concentrates his practice in the area of representing insurance carriers in connection with matters arising under several types of insurance policies including: Director’s and Officer’s; Employment Practices; Lawyers’ Errors and Omissions; Agent’s Errors and Omissions; Fiduciary; and Commercial General Liability Policies. Chuck has served as coverage counsel for domestic and international insurers in connection with a number of major securities and derivative lawsuits. Most recently, Chuck handled Director’s and Officer’s as well as other Professional Liability matters at a large domestic insurance company.
He received a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2004 where he received the CALI award in Business Organizations. He received a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992.
Chuck is admitted to the Illinois Bar and is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations. |
