McRae M. Dobosh is an associate who concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation. She has handled complex coverage cases involving products liability, pharmaceuticals, environmental matters, property damage, and construction defects for various domestic and international insurers. Her practice also includes counseling clients on claims administration, policy analysis and efficiently resolving claims prior to litigation.
Rae often serves as U.S. claims counsel for Bermuda insurers. While in law school, Rae prepared an appellate brief and participated in oral argument on behalf of a habeas corpus petitioner before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before attending law school, Rae spent three years teaching elementary school in Houston, Texas as part of Teach for America.
Rae received a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2006, and a B.A. from Duke University in 2000. She also received a M.Ed. from the University of St. Thomas in 2003.
Rae is admitted to the Illinois and Georgia Bars and to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the American and Georgia Bar Associations, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. |
