Practice Areas:
Amy Collins is an partner who concentrates her practice in the areas of complex insurance coverage, bad faith defense and commercial litigation. Her practice includes extensive counseling and litigation regarding a wide variety of insurance issues. She has significant experience with litigation involving commercial general liability, commercial auto, excess and umbrella insurance policies.
Amy also represents asylum applicants and victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis. She has received awards for her pro bono service from groups including the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation.
She received a J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law in 2001 and a B.A. from The University of Virginia in 1998.
Amy is admitted to the Illinois Bar, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She is a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations.
